PREPAID PACKAGES

Prices may change at any time.

All prepaid packages expire 12 months from payment date.

Payment must be made in full at time of purchase.

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All bookings made with Imperium IV Lounge require card details to be supplied as confirmation. These details are not stored by Imperium IV Lounge. This data will only be accessed in the case of a late cancellation or if the individual does not attend the scheduled appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees of 30% will apply if appointments are cancelled within 12 hours of the appointment time. Card details supplied to confirm the booking will be charged.

NO SHOWS

If the appointment is not attended by the individual a no show fee of 50% will apply. Card details supplied to confirm the booking will be charged.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

In the event that card details are not supplied to confirm a booking, or can not be accessed to charge a late cancellation fee/no show fee. Management reserves the right to refuse any further bookings or services to the individual.
